The conical types of screws offered by us have larger diameter shafts that can reduce screw deflection inside the barrel thereby assuring greater life span to both.
We manufacture “TWIN SCREWS AND BARREL SETS” both in Parallel and Conical technology (co-rotating/Contra-rotation versions) match-able to original specifications, production, life span and output but with distinct price advantage.

4 . Comparsion of the output (LDPE)
Pressure is generated if resin passes over the barrier, forcing any air in the melted resin back to the feed side and effectively preventing the intrusion of air bubbles on the sub flight side. This is highly effective with resins that generate bubbles such as PS, PA, PET and EVOH.
